It’s that time of year again! Summer has ended and the kids are back in school! We here at Gillham Fitness hope you have had a great Summer!


For some, summer can be a challenging time to stay on track with a fitness routine. Vacations, kids being out of school, and perhaps a more laissez faire approach to nutrition (cocktails, bbq or dessert anyone?) can cause you to feel a little sluggish or out of sync when things get back into full swing at this time of the year.
